After being almost non-existent in the preseason, the Conference of Champions now shows No. 1 Oregon, No. 13 Arizona State, No. 14 Washington, No. 16 UCLA, No. 17 Stanford, No. 18 California, No. 19 USC and No. 20 Washington State.
